Find the answer, then get back to your task

Clear answers about try-on, diagnosis, photos, billing, and troubleshooting.

Using the product

What is AI Beauty Stylist for?

It helps you compare makeup directions on your own photo and understand practical color, finish, and placement suggestions. Results are visual references, not guarantees.

How should I take a photo?

Use even front lighting, face the camera, keep major facial features visible, and avoid heavy filters. A clear image gives the system more useful visual information.

What is the difference between diagnosis and try-on?

Diagnosis summarizes visible color and structure directions. Try-on creates a visual reference for a selected makeup look. Both use the same monthly generation allowance.

Why can the result differ from real makeup?

Camera color, lighting, screen calibration, physical products, and application technique all affect the real result.

Photos and privacy

When is my selfie processed?

Only after you explicitly confirm the photo processing notice and start an upload.

Is my photo used for identity recognition or training?

The product is not designed for identity recognition. We do not use uploaded selfies for model training without separate authorization.

Can I delete my photo and result?

Yes. Available delete controls let you remove the original upload and generated result. See the privacy policy for retention and operational details.

Account and billing

When is generation allowance used?

Allowance is used when a diagnosis or try-on task is successfully generated. Browsing looks and reading guides do not use it.

What happens when a generation fails?

The service is designed to return allowance for failed tasks. If the balance does not recover, submit the job ID to support.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Sign in, open your account, and use Manage subscription to access the hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal while current-period access remains.

Troubleshooting

The result does not look like me. What should I do?

Try a clearer front-facing photo with even light and no beauty filter. If the issue repeats, submit the job ID and a description to support; do not email your selfie.

A task appears stuck. What should I do?

Wait briefly, refresh the task status, then retry or cancel if those controls are available. Contact support with the job ID if it remains stuck.

Where can I report a billing or account issue?

Use the support form and include your account email plus any relevant order or job ID. Never include passwords, verification codes, or full card details.
